Controlling The World Of Lucid Dreaming

Typically lucidity brings with it several amount of power over the route of the dream. How much control is likely varies from dream to dream and from dreamer to dreamer. Preparation can apparently add to the capacity to exercise control over dream actions. At the least, lucid dreamers can choose how they wish to react to the procedures of the dream.

For instance, you can come to a decision to face up to a alarming dream body, knowing it cannot destruction you, rather than to strive to stay away from the risk as you logically would if you did not know it was a dream.
