Lucid Dreaming – Easy Lucid Dream Techniques That Work

Easy Lucid Dream Techniques That Work

Easy lucid dream techniques are difficult to find, especially ones that are guaranteed to work. All the techniques that I use to try would require me to re-pattern and reprogram myself so that my perceived nature of reality would change by using simple affirmations. If you have ever tried this you will know that it is not an easy lucid dream technique, in fact it is quite difficult.

Repeating the words “I am dreaming” over and over again is supposedly one of the easy lucid dream techniques. I did this for more than five weeks straight and did not once even come close to having a lucid dream. I did once recall a dream in which I was at a hockey game and the phrase “you are dreaming” flashed across the screen. That did not even clue me in to the fact that I was dreaming. I only realized it after I woke up.

I wanted to find easy lucid dream techniques so badly that I spent hours and hours researching the Internet and found out what I was missing and what I needed to do. Using this research I formed this list of easy lucid dream techniques, and if practiced every day you will soon be on your way to having your first lucid dream.

First thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up, write down everything that you can remember about your dreams. Have a pad and paper on your nightstand for this. Try reliving your dreams just as if you were lucid at the time of your dream and imagine the excitement and the sensations that a lucid dream would induce. Visualize that you are already having a lucid dream, visualize that lucid dreaming is a normal part of your life.

Reserve about ten or fifteen minutes every afternoon and re-envision your dream again, feel nothing but confidence that you can take control of your dreams and be lucid a throughout the dream. Don’t be obsessive about this, just practice every day for a few minutes and again envision yourself taking over your dream.

Now here comes the fun part; eat a light dinner and do not watch TV for at least two hours before bedtime. Just try to meditate and relax use binaural beats and headphones to help you. When you get in bed make sure you have that note pad handy so you can take notes about your dreams. While you are in bed and ready for sleep, listen to isochronic tones, they will help you attain an

aware but very relaxed state. In that condition it will be very easy to slip into your dreams and remain conscious.

These very easy lucid dream techniques can be very powerful when they are made a part of your daily routine. The secret to this is using binaural beats and isochronic tones to calm your brain waves and push all doubt from your mind. Think of it this way; do you worry that you workplace won’t be there when you arrive? Do you feel like it will be gone if you don’t visualize every last room or floor of the building? Of course the answer is no, you are absolutely certain that it will be there, although you haven’t arrived as yet.

So can you follow these easy lucid dream techniques and have your first lucid dream? You need to believe it will happen, don’t try to force it. Isochronic tones and binaural beats are a very powerful tool that will put you into the proper state of mind and help you overcome any mental blockage that you may have concerning lucid dreaming. Practicing various affirmations or statements such as I am dreaming” over and over again is one positive thing to help you lucid dream but the results are often discouraging and will take a very long time. Affirmations combined with binaural beats and isochronic tones are very easy lucid dream techniques that anyone can use with just a little practice.

Astral Projection can be achieved in a very simple and efficient manner using Monroe’s technique. The process involves separating the astral entity from the physical entity while under sleep paralysis when the mind is still alert and in control. Astral Projection is one topic that draws a lot of interest and criticism, so it is always in the limelight either way.

Though this adds to the general curiosity surrounding the practice, fear remains the sole barrier that prevents people from checking it out. Death during projection or any bodily harm to the physical entity remains the main reason behind the public fear towards the astral arts. This worry can be deemed baseless because not one among the 2000 people tested during astral projection underwent any bodily harm or death.

Astral Projection Made Simple- Monroe’s Steps

Monroe’s steps are to be followed linearly so as to ensure the process goes smoothly. An OBE calls for a relaxed and stable body; hence the physical body is maintained in a relaxed state throughout the first step. Progressive and gradual muscle relaxation and deep gentle breathing are some of Monroe’s ideas to relax the mind and the body together.

Now you slowly have to enter the hypnagogic state. In this state, the mind is always awake and the body is held in an unmoving state of very deep sleep, also called as induced sleep paralysis. One easy way to reach the hypnagogic state is to hold up your forearm while resting the upper arm on the ground. As your forearm falls every few minutes when you drift off to sleep, your mind will stay awake and help you in connecting to the astral world.

Concentrating on a particular object also helps reach the astral plane quicker. When other images cloud your view of the singly important object in your mind’s eye, it means that hypnagogic sleep has been achieved.

Clearing your mind would be the next step, and it is every inch as difficult as it sounds. There are various conditions, namely A, B, C, D that have to be followed for the astral soul to get ready. Light patterns during the course of the sleep are a symptom that you have entered Condition B. When the entire awareness from your body is lost, it can be assumed that the body has satisfied Condition C and is at the threshold of Condition D, which is the correct state for the astral being to leave the material body.

Now we enter the state of vibration, which is generally as vague as it is important. During this state you will experience a tingling feeling like that of electricity passing through your body and once this state is correctly controlled, waves of vibrations are pushed from head to toe, again and again in a to and fro motion till the astral part is ready to detach itself from the body.

Astral Projection Made Simple – Dislocating your Astral Being

The astral being is first gradually and partially removed from the physical state. There are two techniques through which we can do this dislocation part, that is, the removal of the astral being from the physical part. The two techniques are the Roll Out and the Lift Up technique. In the second process, the astral body is readied to be brought out in a floating motion, gliding above the physical entity.

In the other technique, however, the same procedure is done along the sides than from the top. These few steps are guaranteed to make the process of learning Astral Projection made simpleand add a whole new dimension to the experience!
